Horses for sale

All our horses are manipulated daily, trimmed, dewormed and vaccined. Depeding on their age, they are ground worked according to their level (human respect, desensitization, brushed, tied, saddle...). Foals are weaned the later we can while protecting the mother to loose to much weight especially if she is expecting another baby. Our horses lives in a herd 24/7 outside with multiple shelters. They have therefore all horse's codes to be introduced smoothly in any other group and are physically adapted to live outside. The paddock paradise organisation implies a lot of fences (corridors aroud the grass areas) so all our horses learn to respect them and to think how to go around the central areas if they want to join back their friends, without going through everything. Hay is available in self service 24/7 in addition to multivitamin supplement. Since our dog loves to help us taking care of the horses, they are all used to be surrounded by shepered dogs running around them energetically.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested in one of our horses!

MVM Vernal Equinox

This is a rare opportunity to acquire an adult rocky mare with an incredible gait at a reduced price!

She is born in 2020, at Mireille Van Meer place in Germany.

She is broken under saddle, directly alone on trail considering her so nice character. I ride her in a rope halter, on a loose rein, and she has an smooth gait under saddle, after some muscle built during few months. Her certification is ongoing with RMHA.

She is the epitome of a rocky! When she meets something new, she just stops and observes, no stress reaction or big mouvement. She learn very quickly, most of the time 2 or 3 sessions are enough for a new exercice. She is ok leaving the herd, even it's been months she did not left them, and she likes to come with me outside the pasture.

In the herd, she is the most easy horse as she is not dominant, and I use her as the mediator horse when a new one is arriving.

However, she has a very sensitive personnality, and quite introvert. She had to stay for 1.5months in a box because her daugther got injured, and Equinox never showed any impatient or stressed behaviour, she kept being a perfect mother at all time. The only thing I saw indicating how she was incomfortable to be locked inside and "stressed" to be alone is that she lost almost 100kg, despite the exact same hay and double feeding dose... Since they are both back in the herd, she is catching up quickly (with the same food dose!). She will therefore need a herd life, with nice horses (old or young is ok for her) and a person with a good horse intuition to understand her feelings. She is a one-person horse, what I cant offer her in a breeding herd.

She did break her hair while itching last years but up-to-now this year, my effort to find her what was good for her, i.e. internal treatment to support her microbiote and liver combined with vegetal vaseline, paid off. She is bearly itching right now, end of April, with a "hot" weather compared to previous years. She dont need a blanket and never hurt herself when itching on trees (plenty of them in the Paddock Paradise).

SOF Caspian Legend

Filly born in May 2024, pure bred Rocky Mountain Horse, available at her weaning! After certification of her mother (ongoing), she will be registered.

Caspienne will be average size, likely around 1m52, with a sportive conformation like her mother. She has a rare color, bay silver roan, with white mane and tail. Her body will change color along season, light in summer, dark in winter. Genetically she is Ee Aa Rn Zn.

She has an adorable character, people-oriented but not invasive. Sadly, this little warrior has had a pasture injury in July and had to go to the clinic and stay in a box during 1.5 months. Hopefully, her super easy personnality allowed us taking very good care of her (bandaging every day to redo lying down), without any sign of impatience or irritation. It would have been understandable considering her forced immobility. She has now fully recovered thanks to the cares and progressive and adapted rehabilitation. She should not suffer any after-effects from her injury according to veterinarians (radiography and echography done). Some horses with such injury have a sportive carrier so trail, endurance or breeding will be fine for her! This sweat heart is waiting for her soulmate
